Reservations, Bookings, and Guest Policies
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from our team. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time, after which they may be released without notice. For parties of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly as large group bookings may be subject to a minimum spend requirement. VIP booth reservations require a minimum spend, which will be communicated at the time of booking, and must be confirmed with a deposit or credit card hold. Private event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit, with full terms outlined in your event contract.
Venue Rules and Code of Conduct
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law
Opal North Park Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on the premises. Guests assume full responsibility for their belongings. By entering our venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify a staff member upon arrival. All website content including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Opal North Park Lounge and may not be reproduced without express written permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of San Diego County.
